The 11th Annual Leigh Nolan Memorial Fundraising Event for the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC) will be held on November 7, 2010.

This year’s event will be held at Quaker Steak & Lube and will have live music, a poker ride, raffles, auctions, celebrities, great food and a lot of fun. For more information, please feel free to check out the rest of the Leigh Nolan Memorial Event site.

The goal of the Leigh Nolan Memorial Event is to raise awareness within our community to the important services that UPARC provides to our citizens. We will continue to strive to improve the recognition of the Leigh Nolan Event name through devices like this website, and work towards raising a significant amount of money to help further secure the future of UPARC.
